Delegates from over 190 countries started the negotiations at the UN-Climate Change conference this Monday in Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference aims besides commitments to cut emissions as a major aspect of the negotiations also on the financing of mitigation and adaptation to climate change in developing countries.
